Cancellation Policy

We can’t control the weather, so I don’t penalize clients for sessions that are rescheduled due to inclement weather. I will try to shoot in the studio if it is possible. To keep current time as it will be easier than to fit in an exterior session during busy weeks especially finding a dry spot for an outdoor session. A 48-hour notice will be needed in case of possible cancellation/rescheduling in order to transfer the retainer fee. Also, we ask that you please arrive on time as the schedule is made and planned out by appointment time. *Effective 05/15/2018 anyone 10 minutes or more late will be charged $5 per minute and possibly consider a cancellation. If there is time to complete the session the late fee will need to be paid at the end of the session😊 Help us stay on schedule by arriving on time or 15 minutes prior if you need to change for your session.*
